Transparency! From AD Manager all the way up to our CEO, our leadership function communicates a clear goal, the path we are taking to achieve that goal, and how each individual can contribute within their role.

The culture is lively, diverse, and exciting! Highspot is growing at an incredible rate, opening doors to foster new skills and career growth. Its a wonderful mix of seasoned veterans and eager young professionals all learning from each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The AD team is lively, motivated, and diverse. We are given the opportunity to approach the role with our own style, while supported with ongoing training. We use our platform to sell our platform, fostering a strong belief in our product!
What makes you most happy at work?
My colleagues! I work with a wide range of employees of different backgrounds, skill sets, and experience every day. Everyone is very welcoming and eager to collaborate. Highspot employees are on a unified front to continue to grow this company at an exponential rate!
