Bonus structure was fair. Salary was average. Need to give credit for new deals as these are few and far between.

Very willing to work as a cohesive unit despite management. Love the desire to win but was difficult due to unrealistic quarterly numbers

Technology is old and our competitors have jumped ahead. Dell, Pure, IBM and others have superior products. Digital acquisitions that were acquired are in a very similar situation. Most of the product engineers have left the company and customers are going to other solutions
