It could use a lot of improvenent, not nearly enough training.
He's supportive. Micromanagement from above is killing morale.
They appear friendly but constant correction just escalated the stress and more mistakes are made over your shoulder at all times
Some are patient and try, others constantly correct you. When you are just put on the spot without proper training.
I am not sure about this.

We've all worked together for years with this company and know how they opperate and know how to help each other when it really matters
Working and learning with them more everyday
We help each other out especially during closing. My coworkers are all wonderful to be around. This is one reason I continue to come back for the holidays.
They are all knowledgable And very hard working

Its the people not the company. Because the company is really mean and strict, but my co workers make it fun
