I feel as though I am not only part of a team but a close knit community that supports each other and cheers others on to be their best. Politics do not play a role in how the company is run from a leadership standpoint nor does it play into the desk level of the business either.

Multiple ways to make money....not just standard commissions. Incentives for new business and reaching certain production #'s.
