There is transparency and openness. Also, everyone gets along very well.

I like that we do not feel divided. I have the ability to connect with everyone on a personal and transparent level, which I appreciate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the competitive rates of my position are much higher. I think my base salary should be higher to retain someone in my position.

I think our employees are brought in at a low base. People in the same roles in other companies with the same experience are brought in a lot higher. I think there needs to be more transparency about what others are making in the same role at other companies and why our pay is different.
