What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they embark on identifying leaders within the organization to and develop them, in addition to providing continuous training. Having effective leaders creates a nice culture in our organization
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like how our team dynamic is really light and fun, however, we are a really collaborative team and get excited for our colleagues when we close a deal, or something exciting happens
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have meditation with our CEO leading, so it's nice to spend time with her, but also, not feeling glued to our desks, mental health breaks are always encouraged. Balancing working from home and coming into the office is also nice
