I've had the opportunity to advance, and be promoted which is wonderful. The company used to be considered "flat" but it seems that idea has finally take the back burner which is needed. Happy to be part of actual growth, which is directly related to the growing of people into leadership roles.

Time off is great in general, but fantastic for the industry.

The team is just so great, and my boss is amazing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team do not take themselves too seriously and they have a good sense of humor. Most work extremely hard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work so hard and pick each other up when someone is down. They also have fun and know when things need to improve. They take their work very seriously but they love joking around too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having the ability to truly be yourself is something that is really unique about Hollister, and you don't know how much you appreciate it unless you've had other experiences or have spoken with people at other companies.
