Its horrible how they treat us. We get written up for trying to find work or just anything. If we report an incident they say they have it on file but when asking for it they never ave it and tell you to call workmans comp.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing it's like being at war all the time
What are some of the best things about your team?
Just that my co workers are there to help. Management just leaves us to fend for ourselves
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Noone is on same page. They say to put safety first it then get mad when your doing so. They yell at you and write you p if you can't finish something because of safty stuff. It's horrible
