Management disorganized. Not respecting others.

What did you like most about the interview process?

One of the managers was nice and respectful.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening and respecting others. Work as hard as everyone.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better management. To actually care about the products and people instead of ignoring it.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I have talked with many customers and they have said that the map of the store keeps changing everyday and that it is too cluttered.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Some of them had actually respected me. They knew that I was having a child and knew how harder it was to move things around and to stand for 8 hours a day.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

While I was pregnant with my first child, they had me work harder than other employees in the store. Everyone knew about it. There were many employees who did not work as hard and had asked me to do work for them, the managers did not care. If everyone was treated the same, it would be fine.
