such little pay for the amount of work you do. these companies only look to overwork hardorking employees suring busy times and let you go when they do not need you anymore. These companies make so much money from their merchendise but it hurts them to add another dollar or two to pay employees.

Everybody is mad for no reason, everyone that wokrs there looks miserable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overworked with little staff, now i know why there was positions for hire. if only you guys made it worth staying there by payinf a fare wage.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
better leadership to have more employees enjoy working there. leave good working conditions for employees. what is that bullshit backroom you gave us? why can you not buy a new compactor instead of having us struggle with a 50 year old one. selfish company.
