Health and safety put ar risk every shift. Horrible management. All TJX cares about is getting customers to get credit card. No concern for employees. Terrible pay. Take awayvyour raises when the minimum wage goes up. Yes take away the raise that you earned! The worst company ever after Amazon.

Everything, take a course on employee health and safety!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay me my raises that I earned don't take them away when the minimum goes up and then refuse to explain why.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Hire managers who know what they are doing and care about employees. Every one is replaceable. You are just a worker to be abused until you are injured or quit. You mean nothing.
