The store I work for is nice but the DM's are mean, unfair and cruel to all employees . Always talk down or ignore associates. The pay is horrible for the heavy workload and the upper management are just plain mean unhappy people.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We just ignore the upper management in the company. Everyone is looking to get out.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The store managers appreciate how hard you work for the horribly low pay. The DM's are horrible human beings.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Transparency. Told they would promote and did not.
