The customers and corporate are amazing, the store manager is awesome. Others make me want to leave. But, I can't.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is fine. The emp stock program is great.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The social drama. Confront them and train them. It is bullying.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is too much drama. They do not see the good in everyone. Everyone has something good about them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The social game needs to be stopped. My manager assumes what a clique says is true without bothering to research.
