We are encouraged to give feedback about the work procedures and how we can improve

They helped each other out not only when it came to work, but personal stuff as well

It's a fun, creative place to work and I feel it best fits with my skills and education

It's a place I love to work. I love the products and like seeing what new things come in every day
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was not really a formal interview process. I went in the store, filled out an application and talked to the manager. She said she would get back to me after checking my references
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I was working there, at first my pay was close to minimum wage, which I felt was not enough for the type of work we were doing. After awhile the manager raised everyone's wages at our store. After that I felt more happier and motivated to come to work every day
