What are some of the best things about your team?Homepoint has some of the most amazing associates that are incredibly smart. Unfortunately, the leadership does not really care too much about the great people that work here.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?I dont know. When i interviewed the directors and out site leader would have a new employee lunch, spend time to know us, indont nnow if that is happening
