Honor health is the worst place to work out the kitchen staff and managers and supervisors are not qualified for the postions they have they are hardly at work employees in the kitvhen are quitting left to right they under pay the staff they have left and work them x2 as hard supervisors are drunk 9

Who they have there as supervisors and managers making sure people have the right background and qualifications to be in their positions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay , supervisors and managers caring about the employees rather then if they have enough people here to make the place look good and run properly so they can do the bare minimum!!!
