Bi-weekly deduction amount, Using your HH badge to purchase things from the cafeteria and gift shop that your spendatures are deducted each pay period. Several discount programs such as purchasing new vehicles. Affordable option for any family and family assistance is available

Knowledge, experience and treating everyone as equals regardless of your position or time with the company

Sharing knowledge and experience as a learning tool. Everyone helps each other without being asked. From day one you feel like part of the team and not like it's your first day. Everyone is so helpful and genuinely friendly & caring.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop the gossip. Leadership needs to reel that in but he has his favorites. Huddles are a pointless game for power control

Most positive is the nurses and staff. They also do cool on-site events

There are so many moving parts to make this company run the way it does and provide excellent patient care and everyone does their part or jumps in to help out wherever and whenever needed .Were more of a family than co-workers.

What makes you most happy at work?
Being a team player and working with other department. The directors up are never around and that is good. When you do see them the only thing on their mind is making a buck and not about patient care.

Being able to provide service to my facility so seemlessly that they don't feel the intensity behind the scenes. Having multiple people in various depts at the facility say Thank You. Best thing is going back to a previous facility & all the people that are happy you're back because they missed you!
