The company has very weird was of doing things. They will give you an automatic final for something you have never known about or one time infractions. No where in there policy does it list these infractions or what constituents an automatic final (first) infraction.

The end of a day or being able to get through a work day without harassment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being more open and clear about policies. Navigating HR resources to find policies is nearly impossible.
