I dont know much about our CEO and I have never been taught anything about the chain of command past a regional level. Our regional manager is very nice and visits often.

My team is cute of course, they are all young and ready to work most days, will be fair normally as far as getting money on slow days
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my job is hard. I think everyone in the company knows its rough for Hooters girls. I feel like waitress pay is ridiculous and hit or miss which can be a slap in the face and make the good feeling of working go away quickly
