I worked at Hooters of Gastonia, NC for 3 years and enjoyed every minute of it and we were forced to shut down because of a lease agreement with a landlord the people of Gastonia were disappointed that Hooters left us

Very poor work cultures and management.

I love my job I love the people I work with in my management is awesome Business is banging and we will keep on going

i love tbe job more than any other job ive had and could work here for the next few years that im in school. the managers, however, create a hoatile work envirnoment. they pick favorites and only include them in certain opportunities, like social media posts and the calendar girl application

No quality of life , major staffing issues with management and staff and no support from the corporate office in Atlanta

We have the freedom to be ourselves and with Gastonia's open kitchen concept we were able to communicate with bar guests and other customers and build friendships with all of those people and the leadership was always helpful if we needed help in the kitchen

They are solid they know what they're doing to make sure we know or we are doing

The willingness to teach and share certain experiences

Newest manager : She kept trying to blame me for everything she was messing up on only me like i didnt do anything i was cleaning while cooking and ig she didmt like that i knew what i was doing it was just to much like we are both adults and shes much older she needs to learn how to respect her wkp

The kitchen manager was very patient when training the kitchen staff

absolutely everything. this is the most unprofessional place i have ever worked at.

Everything we do for the store is underrated and feel unappreciated. And we dont get paid enough to do things that we do

I feel undervalued because my job is hard. I think everyone in the company knows its rough for Hooters girls. I feel like waitress pay is ridiculous and hit or miss which can be a slap in the face and make the good feeling of working go away quickly

Everyone at the Gastonia location got along and there wasn't much drama between people that worked there

The best things about my team is there are people that will stay and take care of things when people don't show up so I do the same thing so we're ready together

The front of the house needs to stay in the front and the back of the house is the back there shouldnt be trying to come in the back crowd the salad bar or the grill hooters is NOT FAST FOOD and the manager came from mcdonalds my wait time was maybe 5 min ive seen longer sad to say (cook -sidberry )

Better selection, better training and support from corporate office

Less drug use and work as a TEAM to help make sure the customers get the best experience.

Nothing at all it's draining and feels like bullying

Everyone at the Gastonia location knew each other pretty well staff and customers all learned things over time about each other and every one of us became a big family

The customers are typically pleasant

And that they encourage you and work with you and come and help when needed I love my team
