What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I was asked some good questions
The manager was very personal clean foregoing and knowledgeable I feel comfortable
i already knew the manager. so it was hardly an interview

Set more realistic standards on what we will be making.
They should not be interviewing people because the management is so under educated and stupid.
