What do you like best about the leadership team?

We have the freedom to be ourselves and with Gastonia's open kitchen concept we were able to communicate with bar guests and other customers and build friendships with all of those people and the leadership was always helpful if we needed help in the kitchen

They are solid they know what they're doing to make sure we know or we are doing

The willingness to teach and share certain experiences

Newest manager : She kept trying to blame me for everything she was messing up on only me like i didnt do anything i was cleaning while cooking and ig she didmt like that i knew what i was doing it was just to much like we are both adults and shes much older she needs to learn how to respect her wkp

The kitchen manager was very patient when training the kitchen staff

I like the open communication

I like that the leadership is personable, well they can be.

Communication. Treating people with respect.

The training process is extremely frustrating. Most of the material is out of date and the testing is never updated to contain the correct answers in relation to the new specs. Kitchen training process is completely outdated. They do not focus on developing their team members or management.
