It's upbeat and we have a good support system in which we are there for each other when it comes to personal matters.

I work with a lot of girls which could be difficult at times but for the most part we really try and help one another.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It wasn't really an interview much at all just basics of I had experience and it was a visual thing to see if I looked the part.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management has a lot of room to grow they tend to gossip with the girls and their judgement can be clouded by personal feelings they might have towards their employees.
