Build a culture of honesty and open-mindedness, one in which there is no fear in expressing a different viewpoint or idea.

Enable people to think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions to business requirements. Show a higher level of trust in employees.

Fix manager level and above positions. Clean house, promote staff into management roles that actually 1. actually care about coworkers 2. can properly motivate a team 3. have even the slightest idea what goes on in their department

All leadership need to become SERVANT LEADERS

Get new leadership and effective employees.

Employee recognition and transparency regarding expectations

Management styles need to change to allow more flexibility and autonomy. Micromanaging is a problem.
