Trusting and empowering the first line managers/supervisors and not trying to micromanage the aspects they are too far removed from.

Challenge the status quo. Allow your front-line workers to make the decisions, and ALL leadership needs to be SERVANT LEADERS.

No Bonuses for all executives

The volume of work does not relate to compensation

The bonus percentage should be higher.

For a healthcare insurance company, the medical benefits available to employees are sub-standard. This needs to change.

Bonus compensation and the ability to get a pay raise is dictated by management's performance reviews. Performance review scores are submitted weeks prior; making self evaluations useless. Evaluations are based on 5 point scales with: 3's equaling satisfactory, 4's are rare, and 5's are impossible.

Coworkers and first line supervisors all seem to want each other to succeed and will help make a strong team; unlike manager level and above.

Know what they are talking about. No one has a clue at this place.

Build a culture of honesty and open-mindedness, one in which there is no fear in expressing a different viewpoint or idea.

Enable people to think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions to business requirements. Show a higher level of trust in employees.

Fix manager level and above positions. Clean house, promote staff into management roles that actually 1. actually care about coworkers 2. can properly motivate a team 3. have even the slightest idea what goes on in their department

Make it more efficient, streamline decision making process.

Better communication and faster decision making are needed.

My interview was done in the office but the hiring manager was "too busy" so I interviewed via a call with a manager from another location. Did not speak to my hiring manager until a week after my start date. Management needs to be more involved.

They asked me several times if I had an arrest record. That should have been my blue to run
