For a healthcare insurance company, the medical benefits available to employees are sub-standard. This needs to change.
Bonus compensation and the ability to get a pay raise is dictated by management's performance reviews. Performance review scores are submitted weeks prior; making self evaluations useless. Evaluations are based on 5 point scales with: 3's equaling satisfactory, 4's are rare, and 5's are impossible.

Fix manager level and above positions. Clean house, promote staff into management roles that actually 1. actually care about coworkers 2. can properly motivate a team 3. have even the slightest idea what goes on in their department

My interview was done in the office but the hiring manager was "too busy" so I interviewed via a call with a manager from another location. Did not speak to my hiring manager until a week after my start date. Management needs to be more involved.
They asked me several times if I had an arrest record. That should have been my blue to run
