Wonderful atmosphere to be in but policies make it hard to remain there long term. Pay doesn't go up with minimum wage so soon you will be management making as much as SAs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Likeminded people who usually come to work with a positive attitude. We work hard and have fun.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The store managers I have had have always been wonderful and caring women but the district manager drives everyone half decent away from the company. We are severely understaffed on management because everyone refuses to work under him.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I technically was hired for a part time key holder position but have been work full time for several months, despite begging to be cut back. I consistently have the best sales numbers and I am the most senior employee on my team and yet when I ask for a .23 cent raise to be paid fair its denied
