There was alot of hyporacy when it came to managers and employees. Drama and lies and hatred. Would never recommend this job.

Seeing the new items we have for sale.

Making minimum-wage is not livable in today's society.

I could dress comfortably and i was surrounded by things i liked.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Practicing communication skills. Managing their feeling when it comes to their employees. Maintaining the rules they have even to themselves.
