When NEW hires makes a mistake, use thst as a training opt. When frustrated one should NEVER curse and blame a rep. Make the working enviroment a pleasent one. Be encouraging & motivating. Never embaress, condemn or belittle a rep - NEVER. Give positives before the correction.
