It's honestly a good company and place to work at. My only complaint would be my manager treating me with disrespect, using attitude, and treating my illnesses as something I can "fix". She tells me to act like an adult (I'm 18) but yet she has the mindset of one.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping customers find what they need. It's very satisfying

That i can express myself and dress however i want

Treating employees with more respect and to not cause a scene and make everyone uncomfortable when I mess up one thing
