The company's policies are unbelievably inconsistent. Constantly changing and constantly contradicting. Expecting perfection for terrible pay. District Managers dont care for their employees at all. Unprofessional with little consequences for being such.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Actually consider their employees before making policies and decisions. Understand that employees keep their stores up and running.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The company needs to completely re-evaluate how it treats its employees and who they appoint to be district managers. District managers who throw others under the bus to protect themselves are not ideal for their own failures are not ideal for the job

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I put less of the blame on my coworkers and more of the blame on the lack of training they receive. Management/district managers need to actually set standards for new hires instead of just hiring seasonals to do halfassed work then get rid of them

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As a sales associate who has been with the company for years, I have been given responsibilities that belong to a manager such as training new hires and since the arrival of my current district manager, I have never been given an opportunity to move up.
