The other employees are what make me excited to work at Hot Topic, nothing about the company itself. The pay is terrible, the rules are ridiculous, and the hours are the worst. Good luck living off this job.

I like that they're at least occasionally understanding and do their jobs well for the most part
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is minimum, no matter how expensive the area you are in, and management get paid cents more the associates with triple the responsibility. It's not at all livable, even if you're running the store, they don't even make up for it with giving you more hours.
