it was only good bc of the one manager otherwise they are a terrible company with terrible values 10/10 dont recommend my current manager is so petty he wrote me up for something not even in the company policy and no one has sent me a schedule yet for this week

i would like to be treated like a human being first and foremost.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the customers even though its a high negative percentage with them too the company is just that awful.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
treating their employees like the human beings that they are and not just a number on a page and paying everyone a livable wage. there is a competing store that pays more for lower level postions and yet they still dont care when they are loosing ppl bc of that exact reason. disgusting behavior.
