What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is great. It is one of the most welcoming places ever and being yourself is encouraged.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was flexible and didn't take a terribly long time. I had to complete two interviews for my store manager position.
What makes you most happy at work?
It is an upbeat, positive place. Out of all other jobs I've had, this one has the best products and the best customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone communicates well with each other, and we have more of a family dynamic while still being able to operate the business as needed and have everything fully functioning.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The store discount is awesome and works at our sister stores as well. The benefits is great for those of us who are full-time but unless you're full-time management, the pay rates are on the lower end. I got paid more at another retailer as a FTASM than I do as a Store Manager.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone communicates really well with each other. It is more of a family based experience versus a work place but everyone knows how to get things done. I will say that sometimes there are a few too many last minute changes that make it hard to communicate to everyone and have executed in time.
