What did you like most about the interview process?

How fast and upfront it was.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I could deal with the low pay if I felt my boss respected me as a human being. They made it abundantly clear that they didn't.

What do you like best about your company?

When I spoke to people outside of my store. The company does have some wonderful people but I did not get the pleasure of working with them often enough to justify staying.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

At the corporate level everything seemed to be fine. At the store level there was almost no communication. Upper management liked to pass criticisms along through other employees instead of directly speaking to who they had an issue with. It was treated as gossip and not feedback.
