We get hours based on weekly sales, not on needs of the store.

What did you like most about the interview process?

They asked questions about previous managerial experience and how to approach retraining employees.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Loyalty sign-ups shouldn't be graded, employees should not be asked to time themselves on each individual task. Regular employees should not have to fight for their jobs and hours after seasonal employees are brought on. Training could also be exponentially better.
