It’s nice to have a smoking section with tables and in the winter there is heat lamps above. That’s my favorite. I have never worked at a company that didn’t treat smokers like trash. Giving them a respectful and comfortable place to take breaks for smokers is nice and I feel appreciated& wor

The high energy of the interviewer and how she genuinely loved what she does and how she personalized our orientation process with stories of how her house is decked out with all the stuff from her universe and hot topic. How she cared for the company and grew up with it as I did. Hot topic is home.
