I'm not sure what is my compensation package. For instance, the wellness bonus is okay, lunch at the office and the mac are okay as well. (I haven't received more things). :)

Great salary as well as bonus perks
We had our annual increase and it was retroactive to the beginning of the year. HR found that I hadn't been reimbursed for waiving medical and they corrected it retroactively. I wouldn't have even known so I feel that our team is incredibly honest, fair and of course the 401k match is great.
I've satisfied with how I've been compensated here at Hourly. I think it's fair and in tune with the market and industry.
