What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking action to correct the wrongdoings of certain management. Employees constantly have issues, and can get no assistance in resolving conflicts with Supervisors. Management is not held accountable.
Change management and ridding Jason and Shelley
Communication. They are also not in touch with the average worker and how much each person has to accomplish.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued due to the dismissive treatment, lack of recognition, and the absence of empathy from the leadership team. Active listening, empathy, and open communication would make me feel appreciated and respected, fostering a more positive work environment.
The pay is ok but not for the number of hours worked and amount of work that is expected.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the team are friendly and hard working.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Build a better team mentality
Everyone needs to have the same skill sets within the department.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team members are great but the management has a long way to go to earn respect.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Someone needs to help, and listen to the complaints made against management. As long as some of these people are leading, there will be catastrophic outcomes in regards to morale, and employee retention.
Must prioritize respect, open communication, and zero tolerance for disrespectful behavior. Encourage and promote a supportive, inclusive environment. LEADERSHIP should actively listen to employees' concerns, address conflicts promptly, and hold all team members accountable for their actions.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They do not tell you how much work is going to be expected. Everyone is overworked.
