Taking action to correct the wrongdoings of certain management. Employees constantly have issues, and can get no assistance in resolving conflicts with Supervisors. Management is not held accountable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued due to the dismissive treatment, lack of recognition, and the absence of empathy from the leadership team. Active listening, empathy, and open communication would make me feel appreciated and respected, fostering a more positive work environment.

The pay is ok but not for the number of hours worked and amount of work that is expected.

Someone needs to help, and listen to the complaints made against management. As long as some of these people are leading, there will be catastrophic outcomes in regards to morale, and employee retention.

Must prioritize respect, open communication, and zero tolerance for disrespectful behavior. Encourage and promote a supportive, inclusive environment. LEADERSHIP should actively listen to employees' concerns, address conflicts promptly, and hold all team members accountable for their actions.
