Someone needs to help, and listen to the complaints made against management. As long as some of these people are leading, there will be catastrophic outcomes in regards to morale, and employee retention.
Must prioritize respect, open communication, and zero tolerance for disrespectful behavior. Encourage and promote a supportive, inclusive environment. LEADERSHIP should actively listen to employees' concerns, address conflicts promptly, and hold all team members accountable for their actions.
