What do you like best about the leadership team?There isn't one we do not have guidance really. Everyone does there own thing.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Manager needs to manage and put foot down on people not following her rules. Also she needs to treat everyone the same and not favor people it makes animosity between the work crew.
