What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Everything is wrong and I have no clue where you would even start.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Accountability!!! The only thing you are accountable for is your attendance. You can come clock in and do nothing and it's ok as long as you're here.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Have the supervisor tell them your break is every 2 hours not a half hour after you get here. Tell that person not everyone else around
