Humana Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

fair pay for my job title

401k match and company's willingness to look into benefits that are helpful to the employees

health benefits cost savings per check

The pay and benefits are amazing!!

health insurance, 401k match, PTO

The best part is the growth opportunity as you allow your employee to obtain & further their education.

The PTO amount is good.

They pay for all my education and licensing expenses

It is just enough, not much, not less

Salary and matching 401K (6%)

Review from HR Dept

The 401k match is wonderful

Compensation package was very generous. It made me feel appreciated.

My bonus is guaranteed, though there is no merit bonus which I don't like. I tend to thrive off of incentivization.

The pay and the benefits.

401k match is great and appreciated

Review from Product Dept

Health care benefits are awesome and you are able to add a domestic partner which other companies don't allow unless you are married

the different plans to choose from

Strong bonus and stock incentives

COmpetitive salary and PTO time

401k matching is 125% up to a certain point-i think 6% of paycheck

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better healthcare, dental, and 401K benefits. Wages that keep up with record inflation.

Review from IT Dept

With Bonuses we stay ahead of inflation. However with industry and company setbacks It is going to be a struggle.

No accountability from the leaders to acknowledge that they have terrible outdated systems and are harrassing existing members

The insurance is expensive and horrible coverage. Pay should be better for the employees in the branches who keep it running day to day.

We work at a Healthcare company and still have to pay for healthcare benefits. Also the budgeted increases were still lagging inflation while still pulling billions over target profits.

The benefits could be better

cheaper benefits, better quality of life, dont force employees to work every weekend, care more about employees

You work several jobs under a single title without parallel pay. When titles are adjusted there is not any compensation that comes with it. If you achieve an "Exceeded Expectations" performance review, you still receive the same pay increase as is the norm set for the entire company.

Eveyone looks down to the blend agents. They make you feel so inferior, less than. Higher hourly rate for Blend telesales Agents

A salary review would help

Dental is my only complaint. $2,000 max benefit. I'd pay more in premium if offered to get higher benefit. I'll bet Directors and above don't have $2,000 max. Employees know these things.

Humana's average employee salary is 134k/year but caremanagers are not paid close to this amount and its hard with inflation.

Inflation is killing my salary

lower levels need to be raise

Ive been providing valuable services and been dedication while servicing Humana through Vendor site and direcy.

Contracting for over two years with no firm commitment to hire.

Often work 60 to 70 hours per week with no over time pay for salary employees Upper management over paid while the sales team is severly under paid

To actually get paid accordingly for the 12 hours daily and every Saturday they have made us work for two years nonstop

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel that additional compensation should be given for on call time , either in terms of compensated time off (to offset the loss of time off) or monetary compensation. I would like the opportunity to positively impact the company by including a clinical ladder of achievements.

With The amount of stress that will come with this job and the amount of information required to know we should be getting paid more
