The mission and values speak of thriving, inclusion, and togetherness, but this is only if you agree with the direction of your leadership team. The company needs to ensure leaders are properly trained in its mission and values and can actually lead people in an engaging and servant leadership way.

Culture must be at company level and not at the team level. Humana gives lot of power to immediate managers and in circumstances where they are not truthful may hurt employees. Hire good managers and make sure, Humana's vision is applied at team level
