Insurance wage schedule flexibility empowerment
Review from Sales Dept
Im not salary amd im a hourly manager so anything over 40 is over time.
I am paid well, and my insurance seems good and reasonably priced.
Health coverage is very good
Time off balance is great
Freedom and flexibility and being paid barely north of fare
Both the health and dental insurance is decent.
Free bus passes and discounts
Excellent health insurance. You can afford to visit a doctor.
401K that is matched at 7%
Part-time employees still get some benefits!
Review from Operations Dept
It is very cheap for everything you get. They are self insured so they have a program for free money to het check ups
Very well and very good
I really enjoy having better benefits for less premium pay compared to my previous employer.
Wages for the flex workers are ok. But we were lied to in orientation regarding the quarterly bonuses, we were yold we would get them thrn when it csme time told we do mot becsuse of or premium wage and completely left out of the Holiday celebration and bonus.
Getting tonsee my work gamil when at work
The pay and people I work with.
401k match, insurance, supplemental benefits.
Being an employee owned company
They pay well, but it's not worth the expectations.
I’m given no time to use my benefits. There is no one to cover workers taking time of
higher 401 k contribution by the company
Being appreciated would be a good start
Overworked and new hires come in making higher than you.
Equal pay for equal work for those that are in lateral positions.
It shows in the paycheck...
Alot of work not good enough pay especially to deal with people
I have decades of experience in my field. I am paid less than new hires because they are f/t and I am p/t. That makes no sense. Even though I receive glowing reviews by my manager my raises are pathetic. My wage is all I have. I don't get the same bonus or benefits as my f/t counterparts.
They need to stop giving new hires more money than the loyal employees. The new hires just chase the money, but old hires are there because they enjoy it but are paid several dollars an hour less than starting wages. This is why we keep losing all our veteran employees.
I work full time with no benefits
They need to pay better and get the benefits back
New employees often start at substantially more than people who have been loyal, hard workers since before the store opened.
I feel undervalued because I get little to no recognition for the problems I solve at my job. I am constantly on my feet solving not only customer issues, but also employee issues as well and only get paid a dollar more than a checker.
Hours are constantly cut from a cooperate level and a store level. Managers are horrible at keeping the peace and there is constant issues among groups.
Better pay for nights and weekends
If it was compettive with other companines i make less as a mnager than cashiers do at other similar companies
Review from Sales Dept
They treat their workers terriblywhile their motto is "the best place to work in america"
As previously stated, appreciate those who make everyone's paycheck possible. The person sitting in an office is too far disconnected from the person actually on the floor serving the customers.
Being a bilingual employee I believe I should be getting paid more.
Stock options for long term employees. Long term meaning 20 years or more
