Engaging with our customers daily
Review from Sales Dept
Going home at the end of my shift and the next day is my day off.
When everything is flowing nicely, my orders are on, the customers are buying, and the department looks nice.
Customers receive works that they are satisfied with: when art and food are combined, the healthiest food is!
Helping those (elderly or handicapped) who need it; seeing gratitude in customer’s eyes at receiving said service, and knowing I was involved in i
Staying busy and feeling helpful to customers.
Coworkers are the only reason I'm probably still here
When I am able to help someone find something
Coming to work and talking to my coworkers or interacting with nice customers.

Payday is best day. They pay weekly
Meeting new people everyday and make new friends
kind people, being able to have great conversations when appropriate.
I like talking with my coworkers when I'm not killing myself to meet productivity requirements or rushing back from my incredibly short breaks

Solving problems, people, SOME customers
My co workers and their attitudes
I love the customers. I love helping people.
Adequate pay, better and more attractive benefits and specials.

Proces have gotten outnof control at store level. They gove too much autonomy to their stores and its hurting their success. But, as long as they keep driving customers into our stores, I'd say, keep on!
Increase wages, don't unjustly take away grocery discounts.
The company has invested money in race cars and things that have nothing to do with groceries. Invest in the people! Pay people fairly with competitive wages and treat them with respect. Keep communication lines open. They will have less turnover, and more satisfied employees.
Too many people show up for the paycheck and forget the customer service part and that their job is important to assure customers come back.
Too much corporate and upper micro management. Labor is a controllable expense but an important investment.
We are overpriced, understaffed, and stressed

Cutting hours, spending money where it isn't positively impacting the store level. Stop spending stupid money on ads and race cars.
Again, there is no leadership at the top just an egomaniac. Trickles down.
Review from Operations Dept
Not focused on customer service.
Many of my co-workers are angry all the time. Hire less rude employees
Review from Customer Success Dept
Overall how they treat their employees needs to improve and the upper management needs improvement over positive leadership roles.
Customer service is GONE! No-one says hello any more. The online shopper just zoom past customers cut them off and at in the way.
Listen to employees, follow OSHA standards, communicate, be transparent
Review from Operations Dept
No one feels safe, acknowledged, or respected. We are constantly concerned about rumors of layoffs, the company doing poorly, and pay cuts.
Review from Product Dept
Top management needs to do more work.
Review from Operations Dept
Better customer relations that don't involve just giving them whatever they want as well as better relations between the management/lower workers.
Review from Sales Dept
It's just a boring job.

A raise. I have not received in over two years. Also, was told hours were being cut, yet the department I am working in keeps adding new workers. I asked for more hours and was not given them-told I would be given more hours when they became available. Hmmm!
