Always in the dark about what's going on, management is awful, it seems the higher up the ladder you look the more ignorant the people become. Overall the culture at hyvee is terrible and that all starts with the executives down to direct management

I like talking with my coworkers when I'm not killing myself to meet productivity requirements or rushing back from my incredibly short breaks
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency, valuing employees, invest in the tools for people to get their jobs done, stop asking/expecting people to work off the clock too
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Hyvee uses incentives to get people to do more work for less money, this causes employees to work against each other rather than a team
