I liked it at first, but now I am getting very discouraged with everything. It is time to move on.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Matching 401K funds, but I have difficulty having this taken out of my paychecks.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Knowing what works for one store does not work for all. Also, making decisions about products that do not always make the customer happy.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A raise. I have not received in over two years. Also, was told hours were being cut, yet the department I am working in keeps adding new workers. I asked for more hours and was not given them-told I would be given more hours when they became available. Hmmm!
