Right now, there isn't one.

Remembering their employees are humans, not workhorses, who deserve to be treated with compassion, vanity, and respect.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No one feels safe, acknowledged, or respected. We are constantly concerned about rumors of layoffs, the company doing poorly, and pay cuts.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No one knows I exist. I am anonymous until I don't meet a goal, then am noticed intently without any offer of help.
