My direct manager is pretty decent.

When we can get things done and I get recognized for the work I do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work really hard at my job and I get paid the same as someone who hardly works. Why should I have to put more work into this place to get paid the same.
