What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication. Even the management will talk to you like you are an animal who doesn't know any better. They scream at you. Like you are a child and talk to you like you are not human.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They need to ask what hours they are willing to work. How hard you are willing to work. Hour flexibility, or if they are willing to pick up when others are done with their shift. Age is relevant to do your job. They need to be better with time management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying attention to how their stores operate. Making sure their employees are not being abused and they are able to take their break. Being more clean and cleaning their lockers and break rooms. Making sure they have gloves that fit their employees. Stop telling people to not protest. Or wear Blm.
What makes you most happy at work?
I liked my job at first when the managers kept things under control. After a while it was like I was my own manager. The grief they put me through to hold my position was nearly impossible like the were trying to force me to fail in order to get rid of me.
